New Mill is managed by the Parkview Society, Signpost Care Partnerships own the building. New Mill is a six-bedded home. The home is a two-storey building, situated in central Honiton, within easy walking distance of the town and local amenities.
We actively support individuals to access as many local services as they want. Like all our homes, New Mill is constantly monitored by external agencies, such as, CQC, the Housing Association who own the property and the local CMHT. The New Mill House team also manages a range of supported housing schemes that are owned by Devon & Cornwall Housing Association.
Our accommodation houses up to 6 residents. Each resident has a key to the front door, their own bedroom and are free to come and go as they please. For reasons of security and health and safety, staff monitor when residents are leaving or returning to the house.
New Mill House offers a communal lounge, kitchen and free laundry facilities.
Residents are able to prepare their own meals most of the time, however, we share a meal in the early evening, which residents prepare on a rota basis.
